The Art Academy of Cincinnati has a fully accredited Bachelors of Fine Arts program, and a Master of Arts in Art Education program.
The Art Academy of Cincinnati is a private independent college of art and design. It is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD) and is a charter member of NASAD. The Art Academy is also accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC): A Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. The college has been issued a certificate by the Ohio Board of Regents under Section 1713.03 of the Ohio revised code. It is authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant alien students.

The Art Academy of Cincinnati is also a charter member of the Association of Independent Colleges of Art and Design (AICAD), a consortium of 41 professional colleges of art and design, dedicated to the exchange of information and programs beneficial to students, faculty, and staff.
