Closing Reception and Art Sale: Friday, February 28, 2025, 5—8pm
Announcing the 34th installment of Art Academy of Cincinnati’s Minumental exhibition! Minumental was created in 1987 by Professor Emeritus Gary Gaffney, to showcase artworks that measure 2 inches or less in all directions. Made by AAC students, faculty, staff, and alumni, the artworks presented here are a result of “thinking small” in creative and surprising ways. Minumental features tiny works in a wide variety of media, including paintings, sculpture, collage, mixed-media pieces, photography, fibers and digital art.
Any AAC student, alumni, staff member, or board member is eligible to submit up to 6 works for Minumental! Please see the images below for guidelines and further info. To submit artworks, click HERE.
And please join us for the closing reception and art sale on Friday, February 28, 2025,
from 5—8pm. Donated sale proceeds benefit the Alumni Scholarship Fund.
