Hello AAC Community,
My friend Carrie Lorig is a wonderful poet and teacher at the University of Minnesota, and The Continental Review has just published this dynamite video of her reading “Being Stone,” a section from a longer series entitled Much Affection From the Bold Part / of the River / It’s a Crisis / of Movement. Hopefully, Carrie will be here to grace us with her actual presence this spring–more on that as details arise. In the meantime, I hope you’ll check out the video. The poem is mesmerizing.
