AAC’s on-staff licensed professional mental health counselors, Casey Riordan, BFA, MA, LPC, and Toni Cargile-Hadley, MA, LPCC-S, provide all enrolled students with free, confidential, one-on-one therapy and help with finding outside mental health services, such as psychiatry, medication management, trauma treatment, substance use, and disordered eating. Counseling services are available year-round and take place in-person, on campus, or virtually, via Telemental Health. No private health insurance or Medicaid is required to receive counseling.
